The very best approach to implementing AI into you companies process is to start small at first. By selecting a simple “Low fruit” process will minimize any risk while receiving value much quicker. So select a simple process that would bring you great value. We also recommend getting your staff involved with this decision. It will create buy-in and usually will result in the staff selecting a process they do not like to do. You want your staff to welcome AI as a tool to make their jobs better.
