Pricing

Our Pricing is simple and straight forward. We break it down into four parts:

1. One Time Setup Fee – This is fee covers the cost of setting up a new account with one AI Bot on it’s own dedicated work station.
2. Monthly Service Fee – Covers the cost of maintaining the bot and the work station.
3. AI Training Fee – Like a human employee, an AI Bot needs to be trained by a skilled technician to perform it’s tasks. However, the AI Bot only needs to be trained once!
4. Process Fee – This is a monthly fee we charge for every time a Bot completes a process. Please see the Savings Calculator to estimate this cost.

One-Time Setup Fee + Monthly Service Fee + Training Fee + Net Process Fees

A new Customer will start out with the Bronze package: $495 + $295 + AI Training Fee + Net Monthly Process Fees (Only the actual productive work performed by the Bot)

As a customer adds more processes and the Net Monthly Process Fee goes above $5K, they will automatically be switched to the Silver Package.

Customer will remain in the Silver Package until their Net Monthly Process Fee become greater than $5K. At this point, they will automatically be upgraded to the Gold package. This will eliminate the monthly service fee and all AI bot training will be free. They will also start receiving discounted Process Fees based on monthly volume:

$10K – $20K – 5% Discount.

$20K – $30K – 15% Discount

$30K – $40K – 20% Discount

$40K – $50K – 25% Discount

Over $50K – 30% Discount
